The TimePilot time and attendance system, known for its popularity, is now accessible on iOS. With the app, users can gather data from a TimePilot Extreme Blue time clock, modify data, and compute total work hours, including overtime. Employees are able to clock in and out at any Extreme Blue time clock. Through the app, supervisors can utilize the iPhone's Bluetooth functionality to obtain real-time calculations of hours worked and have a quick overview of who is currently clocked in.

By integrating a complimentary Dropbox account, users have the ability to upload data to the TimePilot Central desktop PC application remotely or choose to store records in Dropbox for future access.

Even without a TimePilot time and attendance system in place, individuals can still utilize the TimePilot app effectively. It allows for uploading clock-in and clock-out data to a free Dropbox account and examining it with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel or Apple's Numbers, as records are transmitted in .csv format.
